My Squidoo payout for October 2009 was $80.34. Barely managed to make this post still on October as I was away for a few weeks. As usual, you can see the PayPal payment screenshot attached below:
Squidoo ad pool payout tiers for October 2009 were as follows:
High LR: $10.61
Medium LR: $1.80
Low LR: $0.08
People who opted in for text link ads got their first full InfoLinks payout this month. Gil was nice enough to provide the October 2009 InfoLinks payment tiers:
Tier 1: $1.80
Tier 2: $0.31
Tier 3: $0.02
Finding out the payout tiers by yourself in the future might be a tad more difficult considering that "regular" tiers and InfoLinks tiers don't match due to not all lenses being opted in. Your lens could theoretically be in the "normal" tier 3 but in the 2nd InfoLinks tier, for example.

Something I don't understand. Whether you get 100 clicks or 10 clicks squidoo pays you a fixed amount as long as you are in the top three tiers? I am on squidoo and was wondering...and what if you are in the top tiers but get no clicks only traffic? You still get paid right? Please help. Thanks
You get paid depending on your lensrank. And lensrank is a combination of several things like sales, clicks, traffic, ratings, etc.
